A dynamic business lawyer, Chartered Secretary and Governance Professional with about 17 years professional experience, Biola is the Head of Corporate Services and Company Secretary Africa, PZ Cussons.

Biola helps PZ Cussons Africa win in the marketplace by identifying and managing legal and reputational opportunities and risks for the company.

Biola was the immediate past Chairman, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Lagos State Chapter. She is also a Council Member at the Institute’s national level. She is currently the President of Caring Sisters Inc, a ministry for the empowerment of the not-so-privileged.

Biola believes in the ‘servant-leader’ principle and naturally thrives in any environment or opportunity presented to demonstrate this leadership principle. She believes in giving back to the society and is passionate about public speaking in the areas of youth/women empowerment, striving for continuous improvement and leading discussions on corporate governance and administration. She loves to mentor and coach young ladies and peers within her network and associations.

Biola serves in both the Beautification/Sanitation and MERIT-T units of the Latter Rain Assembly. She is married to Adewale and the union is blessed with two lovely sons. She resides in Lagos, Nigeria with her family.
